All ductwork installed to BESA DW/144. Air leakage testing to DW/143 class available where specified. Full leakage test records provided.

Site Supervision
Technical Director (Sergii Kulish, 20+ years HVAC) on key installations. Consistent site team. Direct communication with your site management.

Programme Attendance
We understand ductwork and MVHR are on the critical path. We commit to programme dates and communicate early if anything changes.

Commissioning Certificates
MVHR: room-by-room commissioning records. Ductwork: leakage test certificates. All documentation ready for your H&S file and client handover.

O&M Documentation
Operation and Maintenance manuals on completion. As-built records where required. Filter schedules for MVHR systems. Ready for the end client.

Send Your Drawings & Specification
Email drawings, specification and your programme to info@cliventa.co.uk. Include project location, scope of ductwork or MVHR works, and any key programme dates. We'll acknowledge within 4 hours on business days.

We Respond Within 48 Hours
Detailed, itemised quote with labour and materials split. Fixed-price where possible. We'll flag any programme risks or drawing queries at this stage — no surprises on site.

RAMS Issued Before Site Start
Once instructed, we issue a full RAMS pack specific to your project. We coordinate with your site management on access, working hours and interfaces with other trades.

Installation, Commissioning & Handover
We install to programme. Progress photos and weekly updates. On completion: commissioning certificates, leakage test records, as-built drawings and O&M documentation — all ready for your H&S file.
